Terry Dennis
VP of Talent Acquisition
Terry Dennis is our VP of Talent Acquisition. She manages incoming requirements and serves as a technical resource for our recruiting efforts. She has a BSME with 30+ years in engineering recruiting and provides candidates with a blend of technical experience and compassion. Her specialties are in Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. She not only is a team player in the office but also out of the office! When Terry is not at work, she can be found playing any team sport such as softball, volleyball, and pickleball.
Bryan Peskin
Recruiting Manager
Bryan has many years of professional experience but specifically has 8+ years as a recruiter. He has excellent knowledge of the market, good connections, and a great recruiting team and tools at his disposal. He specializes in technical needs for contract and direct hire positions in Engineering, Accounting/Finance, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering Support. When Bryan is not at work he loves spending time with his awesome family, goofy dog, and celebrating/agonizing/ tailgating/pontificating around Cincinnati sports/sporting events.
Jaya Upadhyay
Technical Recruiter
Jaya is our technical recruiter and account manager and has 3+ years of experience in the IT and software engineering space. Jaya interfaces with multiple clients to understand their specific business needs and crafts strategic hiring plans tailored to meet their evolving needs. She holds a master’s degree in business, and outside of work, Jaya loves spending time with family, socializing with friends, and cooking.

Technical Recruiter
Shannon Spurlock is a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager with over 20 years experience in the staffing industry. She specializes in direct hire and contract positions in Engineering and Manufacturing. Shannon is always eager about helping candidates find a new opportunity/career and unearthing talented, new employees for her clients. In her spare time, she loves spending time with my family/friends and watching Kentucky basketball.
